At TTRacing, we stand by the quality of our ergonomic seating; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the official TTRacing portal with your order number and proof of purchase to begin the verification process.

  Package Your Chair

  Disassemble the product and place all components back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Shipment Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate a courier pickup or provide a shipping label for you to drop off the package at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the item for any damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
